Outreach

There is a very unique sense of community both within and with out at Pilgrimage. At its center, is an abiding sense of support that is genuine and always present. Caring is a word that is taken to heart. And kindness and consideration are not only extended to members but to those outside the congregation.

There is a true sense of connection. That connection is extended to a number of organizations, ministries and charities within the local community, as well the global community. Here are a few:

Wellspring Living, an organization that serves survivors of the child sex trade in Atlanta. The girls range from 12 – 17 years of age.

Must Ministries, is a faith-based organization that helps people in our community break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.

Atlanta Food Bank, distributes nearly 2 million pounds of food and other donated grocery items each month to over 700 nonprofit agencies in 38 counties.

One Great Hour of Sharing, ministries that support disaster response, refugee assistance and resettlement, and community development, helping people find safe refuge.

Mission Trips, both inside and outside of the US, our Youth have helped many people in need, from repairing and rebuilding homes to feeding the hungry.
